We are a full service general contracting company that works with HOA's, Insurance companies, Realtors, Business's and Home Owners. We work with homeowners and realtors when homes are listed for sale. We can give estimates for credit and/or complete all repairs found on the home inspection reports as well as helping to satisfy the prospective home owners with items they would like replaced or repaired. All of which makes for a smoother buying/selling experience. After the sale, we often work with the new home owner, helping them to personalize their new home. We also work with home owners and insurance companies when a flood has occurred and/or when mold is found. We dry out the property, remediate mold and complete the build back like it never took place. We have worked in houses from small to multi-million dollar homes in country clubs and communities throughout the Coachella Valley.
